How to prepare crème brûlée ? – one of most popular french dessert

Recipe for 6 servings
Preparation time : 5 minutes + 40 minutes of baking

INGREDIENTS :
·         4 egg yolks
·         200 ml of milk
·         200 ml of liquid cream
·         50 g of powdered sugar
·         25 g brown sugar to caramelize

PREPARATION :
1.       Preheat oven on 100o. Whip egg yolks with sugar. Pour hot milk and cream on it, mix it and avoid lathering.
2.       Prepare 6 little bowles, wash it using cold water and than pour the cream into.
3.       Bake it about 40 minutes. The cream has must be still trembling.
4.       Cool it down and leave it in a cool place between 4 and 24 hours.
5.       Dust with brown sugar and carmelize it using the fire. Than set for 5 minutes.
