Gift wrapping


Christmas are coming. Shopping spree lasts and all the people are looking for a unique presents for their friends and family. But the first problem is to find a gift and the second is how to pack it. I will show you some tricks.
                
           Most of all,  it could be labor-intensive, but it is usually worth it. We are satisfied with what we have prepared and but also the present become more personalized.

First, it is not important to have decorative gift wrapping paper, because you can make it yourself. It is not very complicated. You just need to have a brown paper and write something special on it using, for exemple black marker pen. You can write on it some sentence or the best wisher for this person. Another method is to print the letters or something else like your common photos.

 Furthermore you can use the original accessories that fit to a gifted person. For instance you can use the flowers or sweets. For the Christmas it is a good idea to attach spruce twigs, christmas lollipop or baubles.


Finally, you tie a ribbon and it is done !

Christmas gifts ideas



Firstly, it is better to look for gifts earlier to find something special and not leave this to the last minute, because there are shorter queues in shops and we have the greater choice of goods. Unfortunately, very often we have no idea what to buy for Chrismas. For that, I prepared a few ideas.

With children is much easier, because usually they write a letter to Santa Claus, so even if we can not buy them what they want, we have a few tips. But a gift which we can be sure for children is blocks for a boy and a doll for a girl but also the children will be happy of sets of accessories for cooking. They can be intrested by microscope or game console.

For adults, it is more difficult but still possible. Parents, for exemple, they usually have all they need and they just want to be with family.  We can buy for each individual something traditional like cosmetics or perfume but we can also give them a common present like a short trip to the capital of a european country or weekend at the spa. For the presents like this we can often find a promotion. We can also found them a course of foreign language or of photography.

For the grandparents another portion of vitamins, a new sweater or a book, it is very good ideas for Christmas gifts but more interesting will be accessories with photos of children and grandchildren. Photos can be printed on mugs, calendars, decorative pillows and T-shirts. If our seniors are modern people and they have a desire to learn, we can buy them for exemple computer course. This times when a lot of persons are abroad, the ability to send e-mails, using social media and conversations over Skype is priceless!


For a lovers of fine quality drinks a good idea will be a set of various teas or a good wine.

How to eat healthy?


All of us want to be healthy, all of us want to be in shape, but only a small percentage of people know how to do this. Below are a few gold rules of proper eating. Try to full your life with it and for sure you will see the difference.

1)      Full your plate with vegetables
      As a humans we prefer to eat more meat, but the more veggies we put, the more colorful our plate will be the better for our health.

2)      Water, water, water


As we know our body contain 70% of water. Even a small dehydration (2-3%) can reduce our physical and psychological abilities. To prevent this, drink 2,5 – 3l of water.

3)      Wake up, and don’t forget to eat
Breakfast is one of most important meals in our day. Don’t try to skip it. That meal should contain 20-25% of your daily calories.

4)      Eat at the same time
Try to eat as much regular as possible and avoid snacks between meals. If not, your metabolism can slow down and in that case every single snack, extra calories will cause fat gain.

5)      Cook on your own
Don’t go to the bar or restaurant, instead of it try to stay at home, cook with your partner, enjoy the time and pick a real not processed self-made food.

6)      Balance your diet

Don’t be obsessed. From time to time go to the restaurant, bar, McDonalds etc. and full your stomach with food that you love. Don’t push yourself, enjoy eating.
